Do I need to be home when you perform your service?

If we are cleaning inside the home, we prefer to have you there, in case we need assistance.

Do all services require an estimate?

It is a good idea to get a basic price and that will give us an idea of how long the job will take to complete.

Do you offer flat rates?

No.

Do you have a minimum charge?

The minimum charge for a service call is $75.

How far in advance should I schedule?

A couple weeks in advance is a good idea, but we will always do our best to accommodate you.

What methods of payment are accepted?

Check, credit card, PayPal, Venmo, or cash.

How often should I clean my home or property's siding? At least every two to thre

Tracks are included, as well as brushing down screens!

Can you remove oil stains on concrete from my garage or driveway that have been there for a while?

We can’t do this. It involves hot water pressure washing.

Do you use pressure washers for gutter cleaning?

In some cases. Pressure washers are a great tool for unclogging downspouts.

Is an outdoor water source needed?

For most power washing jobs, it is needed. It’s not required for window cleaning in most cases.

What is included in my window cleaning service?

Removal of routine dirt and grime, cleaning window tracks, and brushing down screens.

What should I do to prepare for the window cleaning, pressure washing, etc. services?

For pressure washing, please remove any items that should not get wet. Preferably, move all patio furniture and lawn ornaments. For window cleaning, please remove items from windows sills and have any furniture moved as necessary for access to the windows, if possible.

Do you use chemicals for cleaning?

Just light soaps for window cleaning. Power washing siding or patios for green mold removal will involve a light, chlorine-based cleaner to rid the surface of mold and sanitize it

Is there a difference between power washing and pressure washing?

Power washing and pressure washing are essentially the same thing; the processes of removing surface material such as dirt, mildew, mold, mud, and other pollutants from the exterior of your property by using pressurized water on the surface.
